My journey into health and wellness is deeply personal. Growing up, I was the "podgy child," often teased about my weight, so much so that I avoided sports I loved just to escape ridicule.
Everything changed when I began facing fertility challenges and ongoing health issues. For the first time, I was forced to confront a hard truth: thin does not equal healthy.
