My journey into health and wellness is deeply personal. Growing up, I was the "podgy child," often teased about my weight, so much so that I avoided sports I loved just to escape ridicule.
After school, I became determined to be skinny, and that led me down a dangerous path of extreme diets, obsessive exercise, and even purging meals. I reached my goal, but at a devastating cost: I was undernourished and unhealthy.
It wasn't until I faced fertility challenges and other health issues that reality hit: thin doesn't equal healthy. Bloodwork doesn't lie, and mine told a story of imbalance and depletion. That was my turning point. I decided to educate myself on nutrition, fitness, and women's health, including the unique challenges of perimenopause and menopause.
Today, I am passionate about helping others avoid the extremes I endured. My mission is to empower you to embrace a balanced, nourishing approach to health, one that celebrates strength, vitality, and self-love. True wellness isn't about restriction or perfection; it's about creating a lifestyle that supports your body and your happiness.
My vision is to create a supportive, empowering space where women feel educated, confident, and capable of caring for their bodies through every stage of life, especially during perimenopause and menopause.
